Emotional Freedom Techniques....

 

What is EFT/tapping?  We are hearing about it more and more these days.  It's a very up and coming modality that is making it's way into countless people's lives, bringing them peace, acceptance, forgiveness, happiness and self-love.  It is a research driven and scientifically proven method of clearing energy blocks throughout your body.  When we suffer a trauma, be it big or small, we are left with an emotional block in our energy system.  Have you ever noticed that you frequently over-react to situations, perhaps feeling anger, pain, hurt or frustration at the smallest perceived offense against you?  That's because you are still reacting to things that happened to you in your past.  Events that you have not gotten over, even though you might think you have.
